Luke Rogers, Regional General Manager

Luke has over 16 years’ project delivery experience in building and infrastructure projects. Clients praise him for ensuring that projects were completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. With an ability to manage numerous multi-disciplinary design teams across interfacing projects Luke is well suited to complex major projects and has a proven track record of increasing project efficiency by transforming multiple projects into portfolios and work programs.

Luke’s confident communication style helps him influence positive project outcomes. When relationships are strained, he is at ease mediating solutions between parties. He is empathetic and able to communicate and connect with the client, end users, stakeholders, and the project team with confidence.

 

Belinda Woite, Senior Lead Stakeholder Engagement

Belinda has more than 20 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, risk identification and mitigation, strategy development, interface and risk management, and facilitation. She is committed to sustainable development, and has worked with a multitude of private, not-for-profit and government organisations, building strong and long-term relationships.

Belinda has led and implemented stakeholder engagement strategies for projects such as the Coast Park Stages One and Two Public Notice processes, the O-Bahn City Access Project, the Adelaide Central Reinforcement Project, the Glenelg to Adelaide Parklands Recycled Water Project and the Goodwood Junction Grade Separation Project.

  

James Atkinson, Senior Associate

James is an economist and planner with significant experience providing economic and strategic advice. He has specialist expertise in economic appraisal and business case development, particularly for arts and cultural precincts, utilities and transport infrastructure. He is also expert in the development and interpretation of land use forecasts for retail, commercial and employment lands.  His recent projects include Eyre Peninsula Regional Plan, Eyre Peninsula desalination plant business case, key infrastructure site options for SA Water, retail and commercial floorspace analysis for Suburban Rail Loop (Vic), and Central Station priority works business case (NSW).

Gary Neave, Managing Principal

Gary has 38 years’ experience in business leadership, program and project management, and infrastructure planning, design and construction. He is a Fellow of Engineers Australia and was awarded Project Director of the Year by the Australian Institute of Project Management in 2012.

Gary’s expertise includes delivery strategy development, project governance and risk management. His projects include U-City for Uniting Communities, Port Augusta Greenhouse Horticulture Project for Sundrop Farms, North South Interconnection System Project for SA Water, Woomera Program of Works for Department of Defence, and Aviation Asset Maintenance/Renewal Program and New Terminal airside and service infrastructure for Adelaide Airport.
