Louise Duffy, Managing Principal

Louise has a Bachelor of Laws and is the Managing Principal of the Queensland Advisory team. She offers expert advice in delivery models and strategic procurements, transaction management and commercial negotiation. She has led numerous complex transactions, from effective procurement and negotiation, to successful contractual and financial close. Louise is passionate about driving procurement efficiencies to ensure the effective utilisation of resources and delivering superior project and value-for-money outcomes. Some of her projects include Queensland Urban Utilities SCADA upgrade, Gold Coast Rapid Transit, Seqwater Dam Improvement Program, and the Douglas Shoal Remediation Project.

 

Andrew Greig, Principal

Andrew is an experienced Project Director and Commercial Lead with over 16 years’ experience in planning and delivering complex infrastructure projects. He is a market leader in planning and developing complex social infrastructure and has successfully led the development of multiple large business cases. Andrew’s roles have incorporated a broad spectrum of commercial contract negotiation and management across major procurement, precinct development and asset divestments and acquisitions. His key focus areas include hospital planning, business cases, and the creation of integrated education, training and research precincts across Australia. Some of Andrew’s hospital projects include the new Coomera Hospital, Toowoomba, Bundaberg, Westmead, Randwick Campus, Tweed Valley and Satellite Hospitals.

  

Alyssa Muche, Project Director

Alyssa has over 20 years’ experience in project management and engineering firms, specialising in the health sector. Alyssa She has led the strategic planning and delivery of a diverse range of public and private health projects across Australia. Having recently completed a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology, Alyssa is particularly passionate about developing high performance teams and coaching and developing project personnel. Some of her recent projects include QLD Health Accelerated Infrastructure Delivery Program, Satellite Hospital Program, and Tweed Valley Hospital.

  

Kate Townsend, Managing Principal

Kate is an infrastructure investment professional with 20 years’ experience helping shape and procure major infrastructure projects for private sector and government clients, in Australia and abroad. She has led complex private sector bids, transactions, and strategic government business cases, translating government policy into executable projects. Her experience includes leading highly complex detailed business cases for QCS, Sunwater, Building Queensland and various hospital redevelopments, as well as transaction management for high-profile projects including Inland Rail (program wide and PPP), Sydney Metro, John Morony Correctional Centre, and Parklea Correctional Centre.

 

Duane Thompson, Executive Consultant

Duane is a senior leader in digital advisory for the infrastructure sector. He leads TSA’s Digital Advisory team and has over 20 years’ experience across complex, full lifecycle program delivery in digital technologies. This includes Cloud, ERP, CRM, software development and infrastructure. He has led transformation programs, procurements, software delivery, IT outsourcing, data maintenance, and the launch of an award-winning start-up.

In 2021 Duane provided advice for the state-wide reform program for heavy vehicles in Victoria. This included business case costing, solution design approach, modelling, procurement strategy and market engagement.

  

Peter Coy, Executive Consultant

Peter Coy is an executive leader with over 30 years’ experience delivering high-value, complex rail projects up to $4b. He provides executive and technical direction for the development, design and systems integration from definition phase through to implementation. Peter also has significant experience in transaction management, automation, operations and asset management. His most recent projects include Cross River Rail ETCS (including through Life Support), Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3, and ATRC, ATMS advisory services.
