Steve Haultain, Senior Associate

Steve is a senior commercial advisor who has had more than 15 years’ experience in delivering economic analysis, business case, asset management, assurance and procurement advisory. He has provided advice across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure including electricity, ports, social housing, education and health.

Steve has been supporting Transpower on major capital project regulatory approvals for over a decade. He’s also assisted in the transfer of social housing from Kāinga Ora to a new community housing provider in Porirua; advised on the establishment of an Investment Office for Te Pukenga; and helped government agencies with drafting asset management documentation.
