Monika Sud, Managing Principal

Monika leads TSA Advisory’s New South Wales team. She is a Fellow and Chartered Mechanical Engineer with 26 years’ experience providing commercial advice on major infrastructure projects. Monika has held Transaction or Procurement Director roles for M1 Pacific Motorway Extension to Raymond Terrace, Newcastle Inner City Bypass – Rankin Park to Jesmond, and Nowra Bridge. She has provided strategic procurement advice for Great Western Highway Upgrade and Princes Highway Upgrade Programs, Greater Sydney Desalination Program, Warragamba Dam Raising, and the Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan.

  

 Hannah Price, Senior Associate

Hannah has more than 16 years’ professional consulting experience with expertise in civil, infrastructure and water engineering. Adept at portfolio, program and project management, Hannah has driven business transformation engagements for a range of clients and industry sectors. Able to quickly identify strategic opportunities and galvanised by ambiguous, complex or time-sensitive challenges, Hannah ensures project outcomes that drive client success. Hannah is leading TSA Advisory’s water sector, with recent  engagements with Sydney Water, SA Water and Sunwater.

 

Damien Pares, Senior Associate

Damien has 20 years’ experience advising clients on project planning, development, procurement and delivery. He has significant experience in business case development and review, and transaction management. His recent business cases include Prince of Wales Health Precinct, Beerburrum to Nambour Upgrade Project and Coomera Connector Stage 1. He’s provided transaction advice on Westconnex, M4 Smart Motorway, CBD & South East Light Rail, and Social and Affordable Housing Fund Program (NSW).

  

Stephen Allday, Executive Consultant

Steve is a senior rail industry leader who leverages his 50 years of global experience to deliver world-class rail projects for Australians. Steve has played key and leading roles in complex rail projects including the London Underground, British Rail, Rio Tinto AutoHaul, ARTC Hunter Valley, Mecca – Medina High Speed Rail, Canberra Light Rail and Sydney Metro Systems. Steve’s experience covers all facets of rail transport systems including design, construction and maintenance.
